Cancellation Policy
1. A refundable fee of Rs 500 per property visit is required. 2. The fee is refundable if a property is finalized through 'Home View Tour' within 30 days of the first visit. 3. Refunds will be processed post-agreement of sales with the property owner. 4. The tour fee covers property visits only; additional services may incur extra charges. 5. Cancellations or rescheduling of tours must be communicated 24 hours in advance. 6. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this plan at any time without prior notice.
