SHP Realty’s role is limited to assistance and is not responsible for third-party actions or decisions. *Third-Party Disclaimer: SHP Realty is not liable for delays, refusals, or failures by third parties to complete tasks. The client acknowledges that the outcome depends on third parties, over whom SHP Realty has no control. *Limitation of Liability: SHP Realty and its representatives are not liable for damages, including delays, financial losses, or legal issues arising from the liaisoning process. The client agrees to indemnify SHP Realty from any related claims or expenses. *Appointments and Meetings: Services depend on the successful scheduling of meetings with third parties. SHP Realty is not responsible for delays due to third-party unavailability. Missed appointments may incur additional fees. *No Guarantee of Outcome: SHP Realty does not guarantee success in the liaisoning process, which is subject to factors beyond its control, including legal and regulatory considerations. *Confidentiality: SHP Realty will maintain client confidentiality but may need to disclose certain details to third parties. The client acknowledges that expenses may change due to external factors. Additional charges will be communicated in advance. All fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may halt services until payment cleared.
